IO Interactive’s Project 007 has finally been given an official title, 007 First Light, and will be revealed later this week. The Hitman developer announced the game almost five years ago in 2020, but practically no information has surfaced since.
According to a press release, IO Interactive has officially unveiled the title for 007 First Light alongside a teaser image showing a silhouette of James Bond. The game is set to receive its full reveal in the form of a trailer later this week, which will likely coincide with Sumer Game Fest’s opening night live presentation. “The reveal will give a world premiere look at 007 First Light,” says the press release, “featuring never-before-seen footage, and start a new era for James Bond in video games.”
